🏈 lsu players?

I hope the honey-badger gets a little karma returned his way for the illegal flying horse collar he did on Kirkpatrick that didn't even draw a flag but knocked Dre out of the game - that hurt us bad in the overtime. He deserves to have his bell rung or worse!

That in a sense is true; they don't believe we should have lost that game. And, they're right.

I saw a comparison to '92 a minute ago. Frankly, I'm more at ease now than I was back in that January. (Of course, we do have to take into account there's been a few decades between the two and my anxiety level and football may have, may have, matured throughout the years.)

Steppin' back in time...

My concern going into that game in the Sugar against Miami wasn't offense, special teams, etc. I was worried about how the loss of Michael Rodgers would impact the team. As it is, it didn't.

We're a little banged up in our secondary right now which gives me a bit of a pause. That said, I still won't be surprised if this game ends up with Bama up by double digits when the fat lady sings on Beale.

I agree about Rodgers. I was very concerned.

Our secondary gives me reason to pause as well, but reading this article with quotes from Kirby Smart makes me that much more worried. What's your take on this?

Y'all know I'm a nervous wreck. I won't be worth a darn all day Monday.

I clicked the link.

Did you really, REALLY, just ask me to read a Scarbinsky article?

I'm trying to think of an analogy of what I think about Scarbinsky's opinion pieces...

How's this...

I put as much value in his opinion about football as the value I would place on advice with women from a guy whose last contact with a breast was in a bucket of chicken.

Yikes! I didn't even pay attention to who wrote it. I just saw the quotes from Kirby. I'm assuming he took those and twisted them a bit.

It's got a really good chance to get ugly tonite Sandra. With some of the things that have been shared with me the last 72 hrs, I might just DVD the pre-game show just to have something to laugh at tomorrow.

A quote from a dinner table last night...

"In all of my years of coaching I've never seen, or coached, a team that is as pissed of as this one."
