I’d have to follow the advice of the first principal I worked for. He told me to follow these 3 rules and I would always have a job. 1) be loyal, even through the bullshit 2) don’t steal money and 3) don’t screw around with the students!!! Proud to say I followed those and only worked at 2 schools during my 27+ year career and I left them both on my terms. Problem all of these guys have is that they think with the wrong head and believe their money will buy their way out of all situations.
