Some videos making the rounds today. Coach in the huddle at midfield (On the script A) saying "now this is our house. We gonna beat there @ss every time they see us from now on. We are right he in the middle of their field....tigers on 3 ." Also his post game locker room speech ...." We gonna beat their @ss from now on. We gonna beat them in recruiting"..... ....and here is the rub...." "ROLL TIDE....F**K YOU!:" o_O.......They better hope we don't make it in the playoffs. They are just pouring the fuel on the fire. Give Burrow the heisman and let Tua get some rest and be healthy, and let the team refocus and get hungry.....They would get all the smoke!....

It's too bad the team wasn't offended BEFORE the game....

Winners get to talk shit. Losers get to react.

You know, you are dealing with a bunch of 18, 19 and 20-year-old kids, I think a lot of this is hyped up emotion for their benefit. If you were to get all of the coaches in a room alone and give them truth serum, you know damn well they would not think they are going to come in and beat us every time they see us, now granted they did play well, we played sloppy early, and they beat us. As much as I want to win every game, it was going to happen eventually. And I will say in my opinion I think Coach O is genuinely happy and feels blessed to have the job he has, after the passing around that he did at Ole Miss and USC.
Maybe he is smart enough to know that being overly boisterous works well for his team.

Yeah, LSU deserved to say all of that and they backed it up. No offense, but if that makes you play better, you're not a true athlete. The will to win and the competition should be the desire of your efforts, not some pep talk bullshit from the opposing teams. Bulletin board material is some cheap fan tactics to rile up the message boards, because talk is talk, and has zero to do with the field and execution. Hell, I'd say the same damn thing if I was LSU. I've said things along those lines to my 5-6 year old team.

His comments and Burrow's comments after the game were almost indicative of a team looking past us. The problem is... they beat us. And we couldn't stop their offense. So, they can say whatever they want. There is a difference between confidence and hubris. We'll see how it plays out.

Classless comments. You win 1 game in 8 years and you own someone? Well I guess that is a different definition than I have. This in my view is exactly why LSU will NOT sustain success because they have an emotionally charged leader. Kids attracted to that will not sustain. Caught jenny in a bottle with bama having a couple of down years on D and a really bad first half with unforced mistakes. Take the unforced mistakes away and the outcome is likely flipped to Bama. That is not owning someone. Our D could not consistently stop their offense so I will give them that. Not like our D has been stellar against most teams so we knew we had a problem on that side of the ball. BTW, their D could not stop our offense either its just we turned the ball over thus the difference in the game.

Ed O is a coonass what do you expect? Bama owns Tiger Stadium.
Bama still owns LSU, period. Even with almost half of this century watching a team saddled with Shula, DuBose, and Franchione Bama still has a winning record against them. What's funny to me is Bama has lost four games at home (out of nine) and two of those were coached by Saban himself. LSU's best run in their history and one win last night doesn't change the story here.

I'd take Bama over LSU if they were to meet against this weekend.
