šŸˆ LSU and Coach O needs to be careful

All of the "winners get to talk shit " talk is ignorant and laughable way to look at things. Anyone who says that should ask themselves : after all the winning bama has done under CNS this decade plus... when have u ever heard him or any of our players talk or act that way? 1 win in 9 tries and this stupid mf"r acts like he's won the national title. Character reveals everything , I don't mind the enthusiasm even but let's be grateful with the coach we have leading our program.

Anyone that is saying the players or coaches won't use this as fuel haven't been paying attention for the last 10 years...

fuck lsu
fuck ed orgeron

they win once after 8 years and now they're gonna beat our ass from now on?
that's their house now?

be careful what you wish for you fat fuck. you're digging a hole for somebody...and it could very well be for yourself.

Had we played better and won the game we wouldn’t have to worry about Coach O saying anything nor would we have to worry about ā€œbulletin board materialā€

Yep you shut people up by beating them. I still believe the cookie monster is emotionally driven and just doesn't know how to manage his emotions. What he apparently did (I have not watched it) was classless but again not unexpected at least to me it was not. Orgeron is who I thought he was and will have sustained success in my opinion. Heck I do not even believe he will win out this year and this is likely the best team he is going to have. Align that with the worse D at Bama in the Saban era and he was able to win the game.

That don't mean shit in the scheme of things is the point I was making. You don't think every coach in America tries to use bulletin board material to get their guys pumped from a psychological standpoint? It doesn't mean a guy is going to run faster, see the field better, or catch better. As a matter of fact, emotion is what makes people screw up moreso than raising their abilities. It may touch a few guys that truly take it to heart and fight for their program (usually guys that aren't playing) and team, but most of these guys only care about their NFL future and money, and that's a fact. Once the sting of the loss leaves this week as we prepare for Mississippi State, this stuff means zero. I mean, if the Clemson loss didn't get you pissed off enough to take the world by fire, then this LSU loss won't either. Not to mention half the defense wasn't even on the team when we played Clemson, so it means nothing to them either. Lets also not forget how "disrespected" our guys felt before this game, yet we couldn't do shit to them on defense on 3rd down.

It’s awfully important to win with humility. It’s also important to lose. I hate to lose worse than anyone, but if you never lose you won’t know how to act. If you lose with humility, then you can come back.

Coach Bryant

I was in Legion when LSU beat us in 82 after having lost 11 years in a row. Their fans went crazy as to be expected. The LSU mascot was riding on the hood of Loseranna state trooper's car as they rolled out of the stadium. They won so they get the microphone.

I agree with this. Statistics will show that we can't win them all and we were due to lose to LSU. It's not like they are awful, have zero talent, and were incapable. They were the #1 team in the country, battle tested, and beat us. It's ok. Hate to say it, but we will eventually lose to Tennessee again, and even Arkansas eventually. Luckily we have the talent and ability to get back into this thing. Now, another loss this season will not bode well for the team, but going undefeated is about impossible these days anyways.

Thanks for all of the locker room material for the next year Farmer Fred.

Not next year....might be in about 4-6 weeks. I get the feeling that this was LSUs championship. Coach O crying on the field after the win. They might have peaked a little early. Let us catch them as the number 1 and us the number 4 in the first round of the playoffs. Tua healthy and focused. It wont go the same way...watch. This was the most watched regular season game in the history of college football. Wait till the hype of round 2. The Nation wants it. The committee knows how much it will do for ratings.....and we all want to see it again!

Let's see how good of a team coach O fields when Burrow is gone next year. His OC may be gone too.

I'm a little more worried about the team in Crimson... Losing Tua and our stud RB & WR's along with McKinney, Jennings, and likely Lewis.

If Moses isn't back our LB situation is still muddy.

So Imagine this defense, hopefully improved, without any of almost all those weapons on O.

I guess there's an entire offseason to talk about that though... lol

I've seen a number of postings in social media about how LSU was a graceful winner. HORSESHIT! More and more stories are coming out about how disrespectful they are:

  • Orgeron gathered his team on the script A at midfield and declared this was their house now.
  • Some of their players went over to the recruit seating section and told them they need to come to LSU because they owned Alabama now.
  • Orgeron goes on a profanity-laced rant in the locker room saying "Roll Tide F*ck You"

I expect next year's game to be a bloodletting.

Not so much here but other places I've seen so many UA fans criticize lsu players/coaches and say they need humility. That is ignorant IMO. They won fair and square. UA at home looked awful in the first half of the game. Stupid decisions (yes 2 of those are squarely on Tua) and piss poor execution. Some of that carried over into the second half. I am still waiting on Trevon Diggs to tackle someone and not try to strip the ball. He had been lights out good until this game. He stunk it up. Credit the defense for the 3rd quarter which allowed UA back in the game. 4th quarter not so much. Felt like folks laid their guts out on the field to get back in it and then the defense completely flopped. One chance to get the ball back and the defense literally looked like squirrels trying to stop a car. #22 just kept walking for a first down. That play and the damn empty backfield QB draw that apparently nobody planned for made me physically nauseated. So I don't blame them for whatever celebration they decided on. As always JMO

LSU deserved to win by how they played compared to Alabama. But, how they acted after the game is where they need humility. His apology afterwards wasn't focused on what he said, it was focused on the player that recorded it. He said that he was talking to family. I don't talk to my family that way.

Eh... It's college football. There's a certain level of Meat-Headedness that coaches take on to get their point across.

I agree with Ed. The issue is more about the kid than the content. I think we all say things in good company we wouldn't want broadcasted to the world. I actually applaud him for not apologizing... He clearly meant it lol
