To be such a sports person that i am......I rarely watched espn except for the actual games....when it got political...i changed rarely to never ever ( still on occasion for some reason)

Some like that stuff. I just dont find it entertaining...including Gameday....

I can't stand Gameday (or the 3-900 hours leading up to a championship game. where all of the "experts" prove how little they actually know!).
I do like Rece Davis, I think Herbie is a college football fan & supporter (don't always agree with him) - but the rest is overkill & junk!

I don’t know if you were around when ESPN started, but there was a lot of Australian rules rugby. Mainstream sports were few and far between. SportsCenter was what everybody like because it was a whole news broadcast with only sports.

I feel like ESPN got high on its own supply in the late 2000s and early 2010s and is now paying the price. They over-expanded big time.
