I'm a bit concerned what this will do to recruiting. Coach Saban usually moves quickly to fill the voids left by these things.
I think that the D needed a little shake-up anyway.

I never liked LT especially after hearing the reason he "explored" other options when the Viles hired him. The college roommate of my son at Bama was in the athletic dept. at that time he was hired back and he said Mrs. Terry was not pleased with the decision.

From what @TerryP said, he hasn't changed his off the field activities very much since he left for the Viles. He's a good recruiter but we can find a better coach,imo.
