Im definately not sure I agree with the backfield, barring injuries Yeldon is going to light it up (and barring injuries will be the Heisman winner or in the hunt), throw in a hopefully healthy Fowler and Henry and our other newbies (example Kamara/Drake that would start at any other program) and you have the most talented backfield in the country

I can understand the argument up to a point.

Writers and reporters have been slobbering over Murray for years now. Barnhart has had him as the best QB in the SEC for the past three years. Over Greg, even though Greg had better numbers (sans passing yards.) Over AJ. Now we have AJ ranked higher in passing efficiency for last year but Aaron has more passing yards again. So, that one falls in the writers opinion, not factual, per se.

Manziel? He can be put in the same category as those two because he plays the QB position and it pretty well stops there. Two different types of QB's.

Running backs? I can see UGA getting the nod due to having Marshall as well as Gurley. You can argue all day whether Yeldon or Gurley is better. Here's one article discussing that.

Now, putting the Aggies above Bama using the combination of Manziel and Melena? Ben Melena doesn't belong in the conversation with Gurley and Yeldon. At least he doesn't at this point.
