There was a team with "a great coach and veteran QB" reveling in the misery on the other side of the state - enjoying the fact that the other team had problems in close games, problems in the zone, and a struggling head coach in a position he had never held before. That team had just scraped the bottom of the barrel - they lost to State. The cow pasture was celebrating the downfall of their storied rival and checking off recruit commitments with glee.
