šŸˆ ā€˜Last Chance U’ HC explains ā€˜football jail’-ā€œI’ll either be @ Independence next year, I’ll be at Bama, or I’ll be fired,ā€ (and it's REAL jail?)

Yall watched any of the new season yet? I just finished episode one. First impression, Brown looks unbelievably haggard coming into the season. He's lost weight - but not in the good way, like the stressed out and not eating kind of way - and looks like he is even more full of himself. I cuss a lot and I dont get offended too much (and I wouldnt say it offends me really but still) but good God he drops the F-bomb literally every two words. And it's in a way that comes off like he's forcing it to fit an image.

Jay Jones came off really well at QB to begin with - didn't let the bringing Malik Henry come back (which is just mind boggling) rattle him - but then all of that went away when he got hurt in the first game. The way he sulked and whined instead of trying to lift up his teammates - especially his backup - really rubbed me the wrong way. Came off very selfish. The receiver, Markies King, seems like a good kid and is dead set against bringing Henry back.
Funny, the wife and I watched episode 1 last night. Bringing the kid Malik back for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. chance, I can understand. When I was in the Navy, I hated to give up on kids who messed up. To think, how many times someone gave me a second chance...I wouldn't be the man I am today if they didn't. Sometimes we just have to humbled. As my morher in law says, ā€œwe all have our cross to bearā€

I get that but how often do you hear a kids teammates saying "this guys is a cancer, dont bring him back?"

10-4. A couple of episodes later, they couldnt cut him fast enough!

Oh yeah, I just got to that episode. It just shows what kind of a shit bag Brown is. Malik Henry SEEMED to actually be trying to do right this time around, even lifting up and helping the other QBs, but he wasn't playing well so he was expendable. And Brown cut him as a way to try and make out like that was the main problem...

Then the meeting he had with his coaches... My God I was floored. The absolute unbelievable ego on this man. "I could less every single game this season and probably next season too and my job is safe." Then shitting on the other coaches for allowing the curfew breaks, wardrobe issues, pissing outside of the weightroom, etc. as if all of that stuff doesn't fall directly on him for not making sure his ship was running right.

My opinion is still the same, he's an embarrassment. This is purely based on the image that Jason Brown has willingly put on Netflix's Last Chance U.

AD's giving this guy a job should have their heads checked, but perhaps they have some clinical condition (aka, excuse) as to why they are making poor decisions.

I didn't start off that way but I def. got there with you.

This is why Urban Meyer can look in a camera and sound tone-deaf and at the same time look so clueless and still have a job. Just win and you're a genius, otherwise, some of these head coaches are some of the biggest lowlifes on the planet.
