I hate that Bowers was hurt and requires surgery. IMO, he is the best TE in college football. I wish him well in his recovery. Is this the same type of surgery Tua had a few years ago with the high ankle sprain?
He is the best tight end in college football right now. He's also the best offensive weapon they have. It will be interesting to see how they adjust. Do they have to play anybody of substance coming up?
IMO he is the best player in college football and the MVP of his team. If it weren't a QB or RB award he should get the Heisman. Georgia is well and truly screwed if he is out for a significant amount of time. Without Bowers they have 2 or 3 losses already.

Bowers is a stud. Best receiver in college, in my opinion. And I agree, they’d have 1-2 losses without him this year. Auburn game would have been a lock for Auburn. He carried them in the comeback. He’s done it for 3 years.
Williams looked below average at best against ND. And it wasn't just that he didn't have time. He made some horrible decisions and horrendous throws. I think he is quite over-hyped. I think Drake is the best of the bunch right now.
Unfornate for the kid but this could be a bad thing in the long run. This will force Ga to find other ways to win so when he comes back they will be harder to deal with offensively.
Out for the remainder of the regular season. Means, according to their timeline, Bowers would be back SEC Championship week. Several teams remain on the schedule that could now “get them”. Having Bowers on the field opens up a lot for the WRs because he is such a huge mismatch. Hate it for him, because he is a phenomenal athlete.
Much like Bama's players, should be back near the end of the season or just before SEC Championship if they make it there. We'll see if they can continue to do well without him and depending on the injury you don't always feel 100% when you come back from these this early. Usually about 80-85% enough to play, but not exactly full speed.
No doubt. But the core issue there is the same thing we saw from USC last year. What was it...six sacks ND had this past weekend? When that happens QB's start seeing things that aren't there.
USC has skill players but no defense and no offensive line. I put that on Riley.
