Not a huge fan of his speaking voice but we will see how much coaching he gets on that. If he continues to sound like some version of a stoned surfer when he speaks then this will be painful.

I think Tim will be a great announcer.

I'm curious to see how he's going to do in his analyst role. I don't think he's going to be doing any color commentary (ala Danielson) or play by play.

In an analyst role, you want someone who is going to be critical when he sees something on the field that deserves criticism.

It seems to me that's going to be a stretch when I compare it to his persona.
