🏈 Juniors leaving?

If Rolondo M. leaves for the NFL, how do we stand as far as putting someone in his spot so that hopefully we won't skip a beat! I know we may not have another one like him ready to step in and Hightower will hopefully be back but do we have anyone close?!

Nico is now an experienced LB. He should step up his game next year. I'm excited about the upcoming years with the amount of talent that CNS is putting together.

Imagine being able to put pressure on the QB with your front 3 (or 4). :td:

Last word from the man himself (Rolando McClain) is that he is coming back next year (he said that last summer I believe). Until he says otherwise, I’m working under the assumption he will be back. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

I personally wish Ro the best of luck. He's been a rock for the University since he first committed to Shula, and I'm glad he was part of a team that was able to hoist the Crystal ball up.

Here's the thing, guys. We aren't rebuilding anymore. We have so much young talent that someone is going to step up. We may not go undefeated next year and win the SEC/National Championship, but we have a ton of talent ready for their turn.

I mean, we lost 2 All American offensive lineman and an All American safety last year along with a starting quarterback and 1300 yard starting running back.......and we went undefeated and brought home the hardware.

We'll be fine!!

So, Roll Tide Ro and Kareem!!! We'd love to have yall back, but we're behind you guys 100% if you decide to leave for the NFL.

From what I understand, the new NFL rookie salaries will be greatly affected after this years draft. Any junior that has a chance would be smart to go now.

I agree that we are not rebuilding. I have faith in those who are filling in the missing spots. That said, I still believe we are a year away from filling in depth. We're close, but not 100%.
