Julio is good and will likely be great at some point, but I'm not ready to elevate him to Palmer status just yet. Now if he wants to take a snap or two and run the option, then maybe...

He will be better than Palmer if he has a QB that can give him the ball and if he can avoid serious injury.

If those things happen then Julio will go on have a pro career. I am not sure which Julio you might be watching, and I REALLY respect David Palmer, but Julio is a different type of athlete from what I can tell.

you know you make a great point about the QB. not to dampen spirits here or trying to look ahead but... what about our QB situation next year?

A couple of things I will say about Julio...

He knows how to throw a block downfield and I have never seen him show out and bring attention to himself. You can't ask for a better teammate than that.

He also gets good yardage after initial contact. Kid is a beast.

He also has a natural talent for confusing his man in single coverage. He just has unbelievable skill and raw talent in so many ways.

Don't forget he had 3 drops that would have added to his already amazing yardage totals.

The QB situation next year is exactly what I was intimating with that comment. I hope we are able to put the ball in Julio's hands.

I know it has all been said but I just have to chime in. Julio continues to impress me, the way he moves after he catches a ball is remarkable considering he is,what, 18......I don't think I have seen him tackled by 1 defender all year. Look at that catch in the second half where he drug several defenders down the field. He will continue to be better and better, I just hope we all remember that he is a Freshman and when he makes a mistake to give him a bit of slack. He looks like he will be the best receiver that I have ever seen in Crimson.

Thats fricking hilarious...

I love to keep hearing the Ozzie references. He looks alot like him after a catch.

He has the best hitch route for a big guy I've seen in a while. One on one, that route is there all the tme. Money
