🏈 Julio and DJ Fluker injury updates...

We will get official word shortly, but it appears Julio is out for a "few" weeks. Not sure on Fluker yet. This thread will be updated after Saban addresses the injuries during his press conference.

Julio had a plate put in his hand. He will return when the pain goes away, could be days or weeks.

Broke it early in the game. Played through it. He didn't give specifics. Said he will be reevaluated on Wednesday and it is up to pain tolerance as to when he'll play again.

Nobody can ever accuse Julio of not playing through injury....hes played through injuries since he arrived in T-Town.

The guy is tough. At times, he takes crap for his lack of productivity, but he's clutch when needed and causes other teams to have to change their gameplans. Ole Miss is gonna get a break without Red #8 on the field.

That is SO true. The dude is use to being injured in some way or another. Not to mention, Julio played the rest of the game with his hand broken.

Dude he's been injured since his first year. He still produces at the very least he softens up the backfield. He's trying the best he can, and does a hell of a lot better than you or I could do. I hate when "fans" dig on players.

Any of you guys remember a guy by the name of Kevin Lee? He was a wideout from Vigor High and played on the 92 championship team here. He could fly but didn't have the best hands in the world. We used to call him "stonehands". It was all in joking though. Julio does have a few drops but when the game is on the line, who is getting the ball thrown his way and making all of the catches? That's right!!! Julio!
