It mentions his completion rate with the "new" offense, but CNS stated there would be no showing of the new offense. What can we expect to differ from what we seen at A-Day, and what we will see this season? Will there be much of a difference at all?

NS: “We maintained enough continuity that it wasn’t totally new and different. But we also added enough new things that it will have a significant impact on the flexibility that we will have with our offense next year.”

No difference...

as long as Saban is HC. He's a winner, but he's hell on assistants and hires those that will do what he says. Shouldn't matter for JPW

He makes it very clear who is in charge. I suppose given his past records he has earned that right.
His methods have been successful in helping his assistants further their careers, those who are willing to put in the time and dedication.
If I'm not mistaken three of the coaching staff members from the Patriots staff came from Saban's staffs.
B. Belichick has been quoted as saying Saban's tutelage has been directly responsible for their development.

Can somebody translate that into plain English?

If you'll go back and search the practice videos posted here you will see some of the wrinkles in their infancy. Roughly, about a third of our playbook next year will be some things you didn't see last season. Specifically, with running plays and passes in the flat.
