Do you remember when the ACC invited FSU and Miami to join the conference, put them in different divisions, and then lauded the possibility of the two programs meeting in the ACCCG?

If a 6-5 Ga. Tech team wins the ACCCG over Florida State, it means they get a BCS bowl game at 6-6 as conference champions.

Yes, I put a lot of value in a conference championship when 2014's playoffs come around. :sarca:

Funny, I read something the other day about Miami and their NCAA issues, maybe it was Casagrande.

Basically was speaking to how Miami should self punish quicker than Ohio State. Had Ohio State fallen on the sword last year, they'd be playing in the Rose Bowl or more this year. Its hard to balance the short and long term pros/cons...
