I was talking with an ex in Memphis last night for several hours...but, my attention was as glued to that game as it could be. There are teams I'm not a "fan" of, but teams I'll watch on any occasion afforded. 'Cuse, UCONN women's, Duke, and a few others fit that bill.

I didn't think we had a chance to be The Cardinal a few years ago so who knows about facing 'Cuse if we can shoot from the perimeter.

You know, I might be a bit of a 'Cuse fan...IF they didn't wear orange.

I would love to know what could possible cause Andrew Steele to be suspended. And I damn sure don't want Green booted. No tournament for Anthony Grant this year and he's going into year 4 with zero tourney appearances. We're also losing our 2 best players this year and have zero guys currently comitted to us.

This team should make the touney, no excuses. We were a little overrated preseason and dropped out of the top 25. Our recruiting class was a little overrated also. I'm fine with both of these things, but this is still a tourney team and not making it would be a step back.

Like I said, i'd love to know what Green did. Mitchell deserved to be suspended indefinitely because he stopped playing hard. People think mitchell got benched for his attitude. No. He's had a bad attitude since the end of his freshman year. He got suspended for literally walking during our halfcourt offensive sets. Say what you want about Green, but he plays his behind off. He'll get some dumb fouls and even a tech every once in a while, but he's trying.

What you said! My guess is that Green is sitting now not because what he did was so bad, but because this was the third time he's crossed the boundary. This time Steele and Releford happened to be along. I don't think what was done was calamitous, else the latter two would not be back. I think Green will be back before Mitchell, and it wouldn't surprise me if Mitchell didn't come back at all.
