Definitely not number of punts or the gross average as there are others there with the same number of punts and a lower gross. What are the rankings for the others?

As far as I know, the NCAA site doesn't track the other data.

The Return Yards & Inside the 20 is why Zach Sinor's is a finalist. Inside the 20 is likely why JK isn't a finalist.
