Big Ten Announces Delany to Conclude Term as Commissioner in June 2020

The Big Ten Conference announced today that James E. Delany will officially conclude his term as Big Ten Commissioner at the end of his current contract which expires on June 30, 2020.

How much of the B1G's success is due to Jim Delaney's leadership...who knows. He was the commissioner when they expanded a few times and during the creation of the Big Ten Network.

Seriously. No surprise when you look at the shape California is in, this guy is the quintessential stereotype of what I think about the left coast.
He has bent that conference over and done them dry for many years now.

Delany has brought money to the Big 10, no doubt. My problem with him is the new additions to the league! Rutgers, Nebraska and Maryland are not real strong players right now. Penn St. was a nice addition.

Of course sec wasnt much better with Missouri and Texas AnM. USCe My opinion as I know some liked the teams
