I don't see an issue with either tweet.
I know people will probably view it as bulletin board material, but if a team needs that to "get up" to play any team then they've already lost.
I've enjoyed having Kiffin on staff and this makes even more so. Assistants aren't allowed to speak to the media because of the "one voice" thing, but social media still allows them to reach out if you will.
As long as the posts or tweets don't become ignorant I suspect Saban will and has been fine with it
