To me Mark seems quicker this season. Not that he was slow last season but he seems to be hitting the hole quicker now.

I think he's getting through the hole quicker on the off-tackle plays. Saban had mentioned how much he thought Ingram and Richardson had improved in the off season.

Yeah, it's just you. Just kidding I think he is definitely quicker coming out of the backfield. As far as Hightower he has lost a step, but who wouldn't after the injury he sustained.

"quicker"... "faster" ... maybe, but it seems to me that he runs like he's pissed off -- and if you're the opposing team you really don't want to see Mr. Ingram pissed off!
