🏈 Iron Bowl set for 2:30p CST 11/30 via CBS

I saw a tweet asking/wondering if the FSU vs UF game has ever been a noon kick...I'm assuming that's the early game.

It's odd for me to think about how little interest I have in watching that game.

I'll be honest, I'm glad it's not a night game in JH. I had free tickets to the Auburn/Ole Miss game this year with some Auburn buddies, that's a pretty good atmosphere at night.

Nothing like BDS mind you, just sayin.

There's so much wrong in this post...:icon_twisted:

Open bar with a band, Auburn and Ole Miss girls?!

I would have been a fool not to partake in my first "Auburn experience". I still left a true and red Bammer, so no worries. :biggrin_blue:

Now there's only one thing wrong with this post. (Possibly two depending on the music the band played.)

As to your first "Auburn experience," once was enough for me.

While we are talking about CBS and other games... I found this interesting as hell, only one time Mizzou has been on CBS this year.

So over whom will Gary Danielson be gushing? AJ or Marshall? You'd think that'd be pretty obvious. Then again...

He must be gushing over us more than usual this year. He has barely annoyed me. I think he has been quite complimentary of AJ. With all of the BAMA fatigue seemingly everywhere in college football right now and despite some bad press for stupid mistakes players current and past have made this year, I feel that we still get our fair share of love. I guess its hard to be too critical of success.

I'm with you on this one. Verne and Gary haven't been nearly as bad as years past. I think I've only said "just shut up Gary" once or twice this year.

Now, I still have issue with the amount of commercials. There should rarely ever be a situation where its: commercial, one play, commercial. It seems to happen at least once or twice per game with CBS though.

I know what you mean, it seems like it happens a lot when Bama is on.

Maybe I'm getting softer in my older years, but I think Gary Danielson has done a good job this year. Verne has been Verne and I respect him for what / where he's been. I know GD attends practice during the week of the game but it impressed me he called the fake punt against the coonasses.

A telling statement Saturday was a comment Verne made about Gary turning down the opportunity to eat with the CBS crew and chose to spend his time in his room studying film.

He works hard at what he does and it's evidenced by his commentary on Saturday afternoons.
