Marvin Bracy, the fastest player in the nation in last year's class (injured his freshman year at Florida State in football - hamstring injury) has decided to go pro in track.

This is the player that I was hoping Bama could get. Unbelievably fast. Literally faster than Demps and a definite game changer if he is healthy and playing. Pro in track now. Saban seems to know much.

I'm actually relieved, especially since FSU has a decent shot at being the Tide's opponent in the BCS Championship next season. You can read his accolades in the article.

This is no knock on Bracy. It's just using a track event in relation to football.

Marlon Humphrey has been winning, consistently, a lot of the hurdling events. He set a new state record the other day with a 13.53 in the 100M hurdles.

When I heard about it I started thinking back to the Pierre Goode days...

I saw that, Terry. Wow. 13.1? I think is world leader right now. 4/10ths is pretty far off, but not THAT far. 4.5 meters or so.

Something up with that Bracy. Maybe something called school and going to classes.
