I was listening to the local sports radio show on my way in this morning. They have Finebaum on every Monday to talk with them. Well of course,"The OD" as well as Finbacum are all in NOLA for the big game tonight. In his interview Finebaum had an interesting comment that I though warranted re-stating. Finebaum stated while interviewing Kirby Smart that an assistant of came up and sort of pulled him off to the side. He said he didn't hear what was said, but Smart told the assistant, "Oh well, that is his loss". Finebaum restarted the interview with "Is everything alright coach?" Smart said a kid had called and said he wanted to commit. Obviously a day late and a dollar short. I think that speaks volumes to where we are with this class. I have no idea about the numbers and how they will fall, or who we have left on the board, but either way. The future looks bright.
On a side note, every year CNS sems to save one recruit for national signing day.(All part of that positive publicity for UA) We always manage to land a 5* on that day. My hope is that Green-Beckham will be that last ringer for us. Either way, we are locked and loaded.
