WATCH: Alabama LB Mack Wilson already jumping rope two days after surgery

Alabama LB Mack Wilson broke his foot on Saturday against LSU and is expected to be out for four-to-six weeks.
He even had surgery a couple of days ago to help the healing process, but he isnāt letting it keep him from hitting the gym.
As you can see in the video below (that Wilson shared on Twitter), heās already working out again, doing some jump-rope drills on one foot:
Obviously, it says a lot about the sophomore linebackerās work ethic that heās so eager to get back to what he was doing before the surgery. However, it also probably isnāt the best idea for him to be doing such a risky exercise that could end with him landing on his recently repaired foot.
Itās safe to say Wilson is shooting for the four-week timeline instead of the six-week prognosis. Getting him back before the College Football Playoff (assuming Alabama qualifies) would be a huge boost to an injury-ravaged defense.
