I've seen rocket stoves but haven't seen one with the oven or smoker attachment like that. I can't tell if it's an oven or smoker, didn't see an inlet for the smoke on the bottom but it has a vent stack on top . Found a site, frdynamics, that builds one that looks really similar but they didn't have that attachment or the 2 burner model listed. I wouldn't want it as an oven but I'd like to know what temps you could maintain if it's a smoker. I don't think rocket stoves are supposed to smoke very much either so maybe it's just an oven and the top stack helps regulate temps via a damper?

This looks neat. There's a lot to be said about all the "gunk" at the bottom of the charcoal side of my grill. Seems a bit counter productive?

BUT...you could break that down and it would fit in the trunk space of a lot of cars. It's just over 3'
