It wasn't confusion. It wasn't too complicated. I just got tired going through it all.
Sometimes
@It Takes Eleven you can't do anything but laugh.
One of the things that caught my attention was a monthly debit on my mom's bank account from AETNA. I assumed it was them...until I started to look and found out it wasn't actually AETNA, but that's how her account was being billed. I have to head up to the bank and talk to those folks a bit more ... over the phone with a local branch is a headache.
The last 24...I'm looking at her meds, got one refilled yesterday, and they only paid half of it. My first question was "why?" Then "who?" I went to CVS this morning (here's the laughing part) to speak to the pharmacy and the pharmacist got sick while he was talking with me. I'm watching the guy turn white, then green, and asking "are you okay?" To the pharmacist...
I don't know for sure. But, based on what I heard they had a clean up on aisle __? because that guy didn't make it to the bathroom...much less a sink. Or a trash can.
I left...I can do that tomorrow morning.
Same thing, sorta, with T-Mobile this week. She's getting so many spam calls I wondered how difficult it would be to change her number. "Oh, no problem. It'll be fifteen bucks." I spend that every day on bullshit...but something about them asking for it. I dunno.
