| FTBL I really dont know what to think about our Offense!

Not counting my chickens before they hatch, but one other good thing is FSU and UGA are both looking pretty beatable today. One game at a neutral site and the other at home could be just what we need to be a little more successful than we were originally projected at the beginning of the season. I still say anything over 7-8 games is absolute gravy.

I think our offense could have looked better. But the bottom line is that we beat an SEC opponent on the road by 14. That's a good win in anyone's book.

I like the fact that we have a strong running game again. Our defense did a pretty good job shutting down Vandy, too.

We didn't win big, but the outcome was never really in question.

Could it be that we were still not showing very much of the playbook today? There were a few very nice wrinkles I saw today, but Chopper's right, we were very vanilla for the most part today. (Of course, with Grant, vanilla can be VERY delicious!)

I just don't think Saban is the type of coach that shows more than he needs to in order to get the win.
I was thinking the same thing. Hope we're right about that next week.
