Ninja is new gift. We haven't cooked a lot in it. We use the slow cooker more. The slaw has mustard, vinegar, little sugar, onions, pepper, and spices. It is delicious.

I would throw out grandmothers chow-chow recipe but I haven’t broken it down yet. Starts with 10-12 very large cabbages, 10 lbs onions……really good stuff but who wants to make 50lbs?
