I'm not saying you are right or wrong or anyone else is right or wrong, but Alabama is so good because it's a 365 grind, not a 100 day adventure or 200 day season. Alabama grinds all off-season as well. Just look at Najee going back to California to train with his guy when Saban gave the guys time off. Things like that are now filled with commercials, signings, appearances, and other NIL opportunities. You may think that stuff is planned outside of practice, but it's a mental grind as well as physical. I'm sure no one moved the football practice schedule to accommodate the Krystal shoots the guys had, but can they do the shoot and get mentally and physically ready for that practice/film/playbook study/whatever else these guys are tapped to do in the offseason the next day?
