To my knowledge, they'll let almost anyone grade players. I think Watt says this in one of the clips. It's stupid.

They still don't have the manpower. Even if we just took P4 schools, and one position groups like the offensive line, that's 700+ players they supposedly grade on a Saturday afternoon? Now, we add the DL and other groups.

Some kind of AI? An automated algorithm is the only way that would make sense.

They started grades before Grok was as available as it is today.

Fundamentally, it's flawed. How can you grade an offensive guard without knowing what his responsibility was on a play? IE: His assignment might be to seal a DT but he whiffs and makes a block on a linebacker. He's graded highly because he's in the second level but he missed his assignment.
