🧑‍🍳 I find this to be funny. There is a distinct possibility we know how to cook in the south.

They need to take some notes and get some recipes or maybe some of us need to open a bbq joint in New Zealand.
I would bet my mortgage (don't have one) that would make fifty K a year.

Serious question. Do you want to get into the food business? My license has been approved this week to sell hot dogs at the slave market. One cart will bring in 30K a year. I went to a guys house this morning. Caleb. He sells kaboobs at the market. Good lord his house stunck. Tumeric. It made my stomach turn.

He's filling a 78K. On a cart.

The white sauce would be a hit for sure.

I would like to get into it as a hobby, wouldn't want to have to make a living doing it. My idea has always been a pole barn type open joint, only open 3 nights, with very limited menu. Whole hog 1 night, steaks one night, Shrimp/crawfish boil one night with a large tap selection and a good bar, and live music.

Being retired is really nice though, not sure i want any kind of schedule.
