I’m actually shocked more folks didn’t pick the 2011 defense. A few unbelievable stats for that D … 8.2 points per game, 183.6 total yards per game, 72.1 yards rushing per game and 111.5 yards passing per game. If you remove the “crap through a tin horn” Georgia Southern game when Bama players were told to protect their knees the stats are even more amazing. If Bama had had a kicker in Game of the Century that team would have gone down as one of the greatest in college football history. Missing four FG’s and losing 9-6 in OT to LSU killed that chance. Nonetheless, Bama played 13 games and held eight opponents to single digits. Only Georgia Southern scored more than 14 on the Tide … they scored 21.

My SIL from BR was staying in ttown with us for game...had to listen to shit ...

And i turned down 800$ for my game tickets...that saturday afternoon...

One shitty weekend...lol

I was at that game. Not as bad a day/weekend as you @50+yeartidefan. It was one weird game. Should have easily won it. Oh and the big TE letting the DB take the ball away mind boggling.
