using the last game as an example - if you wanted to start a video at a specific time, you can use two different options, either by seconds or by minutes & seconds.
append the following to the end of the URL (#t=56m42s or #t=3400s)
youtube.com/watch?v=kVuqqrW5DPk#t=3400s
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kVuqqrW5DPk#t=3400s
youtube.com/watch?v=kVuqqrW5DPk#t=56m42s
