Several years ago when Sark took over that program one of his best hires was Bo Davis. It didn't take long for Bo to want out. I mentioned a few times he wanted to get out from under "those Texas folk" with the big hats, big wallets.

Through his tenure there I'm mentioned how Sark doesn't want to deal with those folks. It's been a point of some contention.

While Bo is out, Sark remains. But, the point of contention has remained.

I've heard this from Texas folks for awhile now: over a year, easily. Sark, like any good coach would, has delegated the interactions with those folks.

I've yet to hear or read any media member mention this point even though it has been 'known' for some time. Ryan Fowler, in an interview segment this week, let the cat out of the bag with Drew DeArmond.

Sark has delegated that "responsibility" to Jeff Banks. Yes, the Jeff Banks that was in Tuscaloosa. Yes, the Jeff Banks that booted his wife and kids out of his life to hook up with a stripper and her monkey. Yes, the monkey who bit someone "Trick or Treating."

HE'S the guy handling the Texas 'hats and wallets.'
