I've been thinking about asking this question for awhile now. This morning, another post on X, and here goes:

Typing that was the other half of the home ec semester!!!!!

That was a "dedicated" two semester class. 10th grade year, maybe 9th? I remember my senior term paper...teacher insisted it was typed, double spaced, yada, yada, yada.

Funny now. I'm in a world with a lot of youngsters that hunt and peck on a computer. When I graduated HS and went into college, quite a few there that were hunt and peckers. (eheheh, yeah, both can be true.)
