Well, I've been wrong two weeks in a row with the early Thursday picks. So I'm going to get real early with this weeks pick. Before the lines even come out.

Don't care what the point spread is (will probably be huge):
Florida will not cover the point spread at MSU.

I don't know of any other SEC team that regressed as much as, or as fast as, MSU.
It seems like the morale of that team dropped to almost rock bottom after Sly Croom left. I have a nephew who lives near the University there, and he says even at this early point in the season, it's like the team just doesn't care.
I think it's going to take another complete "clean and rebuild" before they are once again a respectable opponent.
It doesn't matter to me, either, what the spread is between them and UF, because I'll look for the Gators to cover.
