🏈 Hightower, Dareus, Square and Upshaw...

Heck, the nickel package in pass-rushing situation looks absolutely insane. I'm pretty excited with that front four so far, and if they all stay healthy, looks like they're gonna offer a hell of pass-rushing to the guys in front of them. Everybody's noting about our losses on defense, but this group is better from a pass-rushing standpoint. Isn't college season yet?

PD: Where's that pic Brandon?

Ya know what is just sick Brandon...Chapman is this close to being able to play in our rabbit...Davis, not as close but just might be able to do so after fall camp. And, from what I'm hearing about Brandon Moore...

Yep, Surprised me a lot the fact that Chapman himself has even talked about working on the rabbit, and that says a lot about his conditioning...

The front seven we are building is gonna be sick!!

So what is the status on Dareus? Is he good to go?

Worst case scenario...worst. He'll miss four or five games.

That said, from what I'm told, he'll end up being ok in the end. Let's hope he's telling compliance the truth and I have no reason to doubt he would not...

I sure hope we get Dareus back, and with no penalty in games lost. I doubt that we are going to see him start week 1 though, even when he's practicing and fit and ready. I just see the NCAA dragging it out as usual till into September. We can get by without him until Arkansas, IMO.

I'm hearing a one to two game suspension is most likely what he'll get.

I for one am ready to see how Alfy Hill looks on the field. Seen how big he is...just damn, can't even imagine running into this dude when and if you make it thru the DL. I've been reading reports of how big he is from many different people, hows this for a comparison.

Chapman's presence in the Rabbit package may depend on the development of his backup. We will NOT sacrifice a real presence at the point on run downs if someone else is his equal in the Rabbit.

I agree. It was the same with Cody last year. I think they tease the big boys with the glamor of getting in on a sack to make them work on keeping their weight down.
