Obviously, it's not at all unusual for a high school team to use a college (or even pro) logo. The UGA or Green Bay "G" is used often for example, even if the colors are changed. The school system I grew up in (Vestavia Hills) used the Ole Miss Rebel mascot at the time. A high school I attended for a couple years (McGill-Toolen) ripped off the Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket, just made him orange. The high school I eventually graduated from, used a very slightly altered USC Trojans logo. Point is, it happens. A lot. But yesterday I ran across something a little bit more rare... a school using both a logo from one college team and a battle cry from another. Minden HS in Louisiana. They went with a little Tulane and Alabama flavor... they even threw in some UA related social media hashtag slang for good measure...
