I can't get the Alabama game on my radio here in Georgia, atleast not to my knowledge, so it's not helping me out at all.

Sirius/XM carries all Bama sports radio....and almost every other cf team...( nfl/mlb/???)

If one travels....spends any time in vehicle.....its only way to go....

In 2022 WVUA had a pre-game show on TV. You could watch it live on their site...and things brings up another point.

It's not about just announcing the play by play. A lot goes into the pre-game show: and it wasn't too good the last time I checked.

Pre game show...was mostly using a bit of sports coverage to seperate their commercials....i tried to listen ...honestly..... but....
I did lsten to Eli and game that i didn't go to ....
By the way..... I missed 3 regular season games at BD in nick saban era...3...
My support....wavered ....never failed...

I enjoyed listening to the Bama games on Sirius/XM while having the game on TV. I would hear the play on the radio and then a few seconds later DirecTV would have the video. It gave me a heads up on what was about to happen...and also a clue as to whether I wanted to watch it...or not.

So...what i pick out of this is...radio almost dead...who listens...because every game. ...almost... die hard fans.l....probably true...

What place would the Athletic Department have in being critical of a company's decision...when they hired that company to make decisions?

The chances are far greater they chose NOT to have a say in the Learfield decision.
