šŸˆ Head to head comparison between Pearl and Oats.

I think Saban should start bringing back his players to the University of Alabama that were..

His team leaders when they played
Were exceptional players on one of his teams
Knows his system and his expectations well
Made it to the NFL or similar leagues
Young, intense and energetic

Maybe Saban needs to stop looking all over and poaching other staffs..Just saying..

I disagree that being an exceptional player should be a criteria.

Well, you know Sabin always goes out there and finds guys that don’t fit his personality or coaching style… I just say why not go after the people that built him, and this Dynasty to maintain it… people that know the program inside and out… people that love the school… and yes, even some that made it to the pros… Kind of , like Bear Bryant did..

The problem is you speak like you're 100% right all the time and everyone else is wrong.
Reactions on the defense have been boneheaded around here. You are king among them.

It's rants like that one that resulted in the shit his kids went through.

I've pointed to numbers, which as it happens to end up, tend to be right. I've never suggested they tell the whole story. I have said a lot can't see the damn forest for the tree—unfortunately, they continue to bang their heads against the damn tree.

Then the program is a UCONN in football, or a USF, or La Tech. Skip Holtz is a great example here: head coach at all three places. He didn't have the "Jimmy's and the Joe's."

He does now, with the Stallions.

I'm not sure where you're going with this. My disagreement was that Saban shouldn't only look to former "exceptional players" to fill the coaching staff, not the roster.

Don't you dare bring me in on the reason he left and like I was part of the people messing with his kids. You're insinuating, which you know couldn't be further from the truth about me as a person. Pretty shitty you throwing me in a collective of people harrassing his young kids when I have voiced against anything like that in ALL aspects of life.

I can voice my concerns on here about a grown man making ~$2M a year that wasn't getting the job done. He wasted a ton of talent and based on your comments didn't have the sack to stand up to his boss apparently since you always point to Saban. I find it funny, because defense got it done for so many years, but all of a sudden a new DC can't. It ain't the one tree, it was multiple trees, hence a forest. And you know your numbers were skewed big time towards inferior competition, so presenting those numbers wasn't very analytical tiwards the whole picture, just hoping people see what their eyes want them to see. A manager (DC) takes responsibility for his unit. The CEO (Saban) has to answer for his hires and he did by letting Golding walk instead of finding ways to protect him. No one cried player wise or fan wise when he left. The new DC got tons of praise from former players when he was brought back in. Top 15 defense with Top 2 talent is where I'll leave that.
