🏈 Have y'all watched any of the practice vids?

I've watched a few of the recent practice vids posted over in the "news" section. For any of y'all that have also seen them, do you notice a lack of intensity or am I seeing things? I suppose it could be just those practices where the media is present, but not overly impressed with the lackadaisical showings. Anybody else?

lmao ive never watched a single 'practice video' from Alabama doing their typical "drills" during Media viewing which is about 15 minutes long that i thought was intense or anything else... they are pretty much hitting sleds, running tires, and throwing simple passes. there's nothing to see...

I take one small issue with that...you can tell a little about player rotation if you watch closely enough. As example, any film on the WR's working out should lend an idea on where Duron is in the lineup/rotation right now.

^^ this is true but could also be misleading at times too... Like how the media reported that b. Sims wasn't with the running backs because they didn't see it during their viewing period.

Folks, I was referring to a general sense of intensity. Let me put it another way; whether it's warm-ups or media time or whatever, there is a difference between a ho-hum, going-thru-the-motions effort versus guys clapping and yelling and coaches getting them all worked up. For example, in the running back workout video, each RB was tasked with running the gauntlet of the other RBs while they all tried to strip and slap the ball out. To say they showed half effort in this drill would be exaggerating.

I'm not saying it's a huge deal, but I am saying that if it were me, and in light or our 3-loss effort last year with "finishing" and big play problems, I would expect my team to show intensity and that they are hungry at EVERY practice.

PS - this is more like what I'm looking to see. This is a link to more practice video - watch the O-Line practice with at least some intensity, grunting clapping, coaches getting pumped, etc. This is how it should be everyday IMHO.
