I like him as a person, he seems to be a very classy Christian gentleman and i wish him the best...but i still don't see the reason for all the hype as a football player. Sure he's a good quarterback and possibly even a great one at the college level, but get back to me in five years when he's not on an NFL roster and you'll see what i'm talking about.

Sorry...I think Tebow could be a great NFL player at 5 different positions - including QB. If I were a NFL GM, he would be by first round pick.

Tons of respect for Tebow as a player and as a person. I will be doing the Gator Chomp come BCS Champ game time. Got to love a player who gives his life to Jesus like he does.

Kudos to being a Christian! I homeschool my children so Kudos to being homeschooled too. I just don't like that he seems to be hogging the attention from his "TEAM". I thought they were supposed to be a team, not Tim Tebow and those guys who are just out there to make sure he gets all the plays! How do you think his fellow players feel?

Love him or hate him, Tebow is the real deal at the college level. IMO he should win the Heisman because if you take him off of UF's roster, they are Ole Miss at this point....he is the spark that makes it go.

I am a Gator fan but wanted Tide fans and supporters to know that Bama probably is the most physical team in America. You'all should be proud of your team. I've been reading other posts and agree that Tebow was the difference last night. If Florida does play for and win the National Championship, Tebow should get the Heisman again. I have no doubt that Bama will beat whoever they play in their bowl game. After watching the game last night most teams won't want to be the one playing the Tide. Congratulations on a great game!

I would actually like to see him get it back to back, but it seems most folks who get the Heisman of late lay a goose egg in the NFL. I hope he does well in the NFL and hope he leaves for it ASAP
