We’ve seen our fair share of college football-themed cakes over the past few years, but we may have found our favorite.

This Alabama-themed groom’s cake features Crimson Tide coach Nick Saban riding an elephant while holding the BCS Trophy.

• 
  The details – down to the “A” Alabama logo on the elephant – are really impressive. It may top the Baylor McLane Stadium cake with lit up video screen or the Oklahoma State Big 12 championship ring cake from last year.

My wife decorates cakes on the side for wedding, showers, birthdays, etc... The next time she has to do a sports theme cake, I am going to see if she will do a Nick Saban elephant riding cake. LOL
