I would imagine he's the type if you sat there and talked to him for awhile he'd warm up to you a lil, but honestly I wouldn't be surprised if 90% of this is he's just really shy to the cameras and media.

Delta has been around Julio away from the media and cameras. She said he was quiet then too. Nothing wrong with that, just a quiet kid. That kind of kid alluded my genetics. LOL!
