🏈 Good or Bad He should have know better.

Out of character for him but you can be goaded/pushed into an overreaction. If it involved a female, she likely planned it that way.
When it involves a female you should never let yourself be goaded to domestic violence. Be a man and walk away. Unless she physically attacks you I don't believe there is ever a reason to touch a woman violently and if she's attacking you you should do the least amount of damage possible as long as she doesn't have a weapon of some sort.

Yeldon is one of those players from the past I have not heard anything from in a long time. Was not even sure what he was doing now. He is not one that you see coming back around or monetizing his Bama success.

In my opinion the phrase domestic violence isn't really apropos because it, literally, covers too much when it's 3rd degree. The cops "heard" is enough.

That said; it's a custody issue and there's more than one kid involved here. Personally, I'd suggest to tread carefully when making judgements. Custody battles lead to some crazy shit.

Understatement of the decade. My youngest son just graduated HS so I am DONE with that witch.

However, if this was a custody dispute, Yeldon just made it a LOT easier for the EX to have her way (whether she is batshit crazy or sane). He just lost just about any leverage he had as a father because it's everybody else's opinion Vs his point of view. Based in fact is pretty much irrelevant.

Too broad a term for sure and if you're convicted of any form of it you're never allowed to own a firearm again. $2000 bond doesn't sound like he committed much violence.

Wow

I'm not responding to krimson, but to crimson.

It's not always true. I went through this recently with the girl's mom. She pretty did everything you can think of, filed with dhr, lied about stuff. I was this close to finding her and ya know.

In the end, the girls aren't with her and that's all it matters.

Certainly. And I am very happy that the objective minds won the day. I do get a sense that a sterner, more critical eye is being placed on the gaslighting mothers.
