I know some of you have these, or some version of them. What do you enjoy cooking on them the most? I've had one for a while, just haven't put it together, but I think I'm going to do it soon. Only downside to them that I've heard is that you better not skip a cleaning right after you use it.

The seasoning. It's about like cast iron.

My most important suggestion. Don't leave it outside in the rain.

Yep, clean as soon as you're done while it's still hot. It's a lot faster than if you wait. Season it well before cooking on it.
