I'm gonna wait til tomorrow night before I look to ND. I have confidence in our team against the Dawgs but I just wanna wait.

Yeah, I feel like everyone (myself included, at times) is acting like the Tide is gonna be playing ND in the Natty .. But we have one big big test in Atlanta first .. I think it is gonna come down to the wire. Whoever ND ends up playing, it will be a tough hard-fought game no matter what. Georgia will have a big chip on their shoulders if they defeat us. But no one should be thinking ND is gonna roll over. They are gonna put up a fight.

While I understand what you're saying, I also know you can't deny the fact you've been thinking about playing them.

As a kid you experienced, may not remember well, but still experienced what it was like in the 70's. You grew up with a lot of adults who wanted that W over ND.

We're pretty damn close to reliving the 70's. With a shot at beating ND for a NC?

Yeah, that'll be something very few fans of college football can relate to experiencing. Living in the middle of two incredible stretches of success while a lot of fan bases are still looking for their first taste.

I consider myself extremely fortunate.

I remember as a kid, crying when they beat us. It was the "win one for Ara game" as I believe that he was retiring. I have waited my entire life wishing to beat them for the NC. That was why I was (and it hurts to say it) pulling for them over USC.

My wife saw who was playing and said, "Well at least I know who you're rooting for." I replied, "Nutter Dumb, baby". You could have knocked her over with a feather. She wanted to know why. I started to explain and then just told her that there is no other team that I would rather grind into the turf to win the NC. I want ND so bad I'm almost giddy.

This game could be the most viewed game in CFB history.
