I'm not a sore loser. I will get pissed off when we lose or I feel my team hasn't stepped up, but I let it go after a day. That's just the competitor in me.
I have said this countless times. I grew up a Georgia fan. 2002 was the greatest year of my life as a Georgia fan after winning the SEC Championship. That trip to Jacksonville sucked, but all in all it was a great feeling. I had never seen my dad so happy in my life than when he got us two tickets to the game and Georgia blew out Arkansas. Never getting to or winning the big game leaves people very very sour. Becoming a student and a fan of the University of Alabama has brought me more pleasure than anything outside of my wife and kids. I see people like me as a kid and my dad and how long Georgia fans have gone without hitting pay dirt and I am thankful for tasting it not once, not twice, not three times, but four times in my short tenure as an Alabama alumni, fan, and supporter. I have nothing to be sour or poor about. You simply cannot win them all. We will eventually lose to Vanderbilt and Arkansas again, it's just life. I was upset with our performance against Clemson and seeing all of these headlines about them being the best yadda yadda, but it doesn't make me sour. We have won more than Clemson, we are built to return and give them a game, we are going nowhere. You simply cannot win them all, and that's something I take with me considering I have been blessed to experience more than most during this run.
