Alabama lost one of its long-time Class of 2013 commits to LSU recently when lineman Andy Dodd flipped from the Crimson Tide to the Tigers. Now Nick Saban is trying to return the favor by luring away one of LSU's top commitments, four-star athlete Jeryl Brazil.
The Loranger, Louisiana native recently took an unofficial visit to Tuscaloosa where he received a scholarship offer from Saban.
"It was good to get a chance to sit down and talk to Coach Saban to see what his standpoint was and to see what he thought about me possibly coming there," Brazil told 247Sports. "It was a well needed talk for myself."
While on campus, Brazil reportedly spent time with Louisiana natives Landon Collins and Bradley Sylve, two elite players Alabama was able to win away from the home state Bengal Tigers.
